Your website, with a guide that knows where everything is.
Visitors ask where things are. Your guide answers in a line, then lights up the exact button and walks them there.

A minute of the guide at work
The film goes here once we have finished testing on real sites.
People do not read menus.
They search, they give up, or they email you to ask where something is. Each one costs you a customer or an hour.
“Where do I change my card?”
They open the menu, scan it, try the footer, then email you. Someone answers it for the tenth time this week.
“Where are my invoices?”
The page exists. It sits three clicks deep under a name nobody would guess, so they give up or ask.
“How do I reset my password?”
They search, find a blog post from two years ago, and leave. The answer was one button on the sign-in page.
A link tells you where it is. Pharos takes you there.
Ask
A visitor types what they want, in their own words.
Answer
The guide replies in a line, from your own pages, and links to them.
Show
One press, and the page dims around the right button with a card saying what to do.
Follow
They press it. It finds the next thing, even on another page, until they are there.
It never presses anything for the visitor. It points, and they stay in control. It copes with single-page apps, menus that open on a click, and pages with identical buttons, by finding things the way a person would: by what they are called.
One script tag. Five minutes.
It reads your public pages, obeys robots.txt, runs only on the origins you approve, and never sees what your visitors type.

></script>Your dashboard gives you the exact line, with your key. One file, Preact inside a Shadow DOM, so your styles cannot break it and it cannot break yours. Open it from your own button with window.PharosGuide.open(), or start a walkthrough with show("goal").
Never reads what people type
Form values, passwords and anything you mark data-pharos-ignore are not read.
Strips emails, phone numbers and cards
They are removed from questions before anything is saved or sent to a model.
Runs only where you say
It loads on the websites you list. On any other site it does nothing.
Reads like a polite visitor
Public pages only, and it obeys your robots.txt and its crawl delay.
You find out what people could not find.
Every question is a hole in your website, said out loud. See them, answer one once, and the guide gets it right every time after.

Who sees what my visitors ask?
You do, in your dashboard, for as long as you choose to keep questions. Emails, phone numbers and card numbers are removed before a question is saved. We do not sell or share them.
What leaves my website?
Your public pages are read by our crawler. When a visitor asks something, the question, the words on the page they are on, and the most relevant passages from your site go to the AI model you picked. Nothing a visitor types into a form is read.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
The guide switches to light mode instead of stopping. It still points to the right pages from your own content, with no AI model involved, until the month resets or you top up.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting a site removes its pages, questions and settings. Deleting questions sooner is a setting.
Which AI models can I use?
You choose, per site: Claude or OpenAI today, more later. Fast models are on every plan; the stronger ones come with the paid plans.
Is it accurate?
It answers only from your own pages and links to them. When it is not sure it says so and shows the pages that may help, instead of guessing. You can pin your own answer to any question.
